"FLYING DRAGON KICK" FDK

Damage: (<level>*0.5 + <rank>*5)d2 + str/2
Class: Monk

When kick just isn't good enough and you need to close some distance between
you and a foe real fast, channel your inner Liu Kang for a mystical flying
dragon kick.  When successful, you'll fly gracefully through the air, land
a smash hit into your foe, and knock them down removing any notion of ranged
distance.  Kapow!

This skill costs stamina and mana and either you or your victim need to be
ranged.

Usage: fdk <target>
